Coriander
prices fell by 1.4 percent on Monday at the National Commodity &
Derivatives
Exchange Limited (NCDEX) as the adequate stocks
availability in the physical market put
pressure on coriander
prices. At the ncdex dhainya futures for April 2015 contract were
trading at Rs. 7,183 per quintal, down by 1.4 per cent, after opening
at Rs. 7,250 against the
previous closing price of Rs. 7,285. It
touched the intra-day low of Rs. 7,170 till the trading.
Chana
prices closed lower by 1.22 percent on Friday at the National
Commodity & Derivatives
Exchange Limited (NCDEX) as a result of
the steady sowing progress of pulses along with high
supplies in
major producing states. At the ncdex chana futures for February 2015
contract
closed at Rs. 3,550 per quintal, down by 1.22 per cent,
after opening at Rs. 3,578 against the
previous closing price of Rs.
3,594. It touched the intra-day low of Rs. 3,545.
