Agro Outlook:
Mentha oil prices rose by
0.54 per cent on Tuesday at the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX)
due
to tight stocks position in the physical market due to restricted
arrivals from producing
belts. At MCX, Mentha oil futures for March
2015 contract, at MCX, were trading at Rs. 816 per
kg, up by 0.54
per cent after opening at Rs. 813.80 against the previous closing
price of Rs.
811.60. It touched the intra-day high of Rs. 816.80
till the trading.
Coriander prices rose by
1.48 per cent on Tuesday at the National Commodity & Derivatives
Exchange Limited (NCDEX) as a result of the limited stocks on account
of restricted arrivals
from the major growing belts. At the ncdex dhaniya futures for April 2015 contract was
trading at Rs. 6,384
per quintal, up by 1.48 per cent after opening at Rs. 6,315 against
the
previous closing price of Rs. 6,291. It touched the intra-day
high of Rs. 6,448 till the trading.
